Founder/President
& CEO has over 25 years of line management and consulting experience in developing customer-based marketing and sales strategies program implementation. She has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies to develop customer-focused cultures and customer bonds through marketing programs, change initiatives, consultative sales training and multi-channel relationship management strategies. Her work and client experience include American Airlines, Wachovia, AT&T, Tri-Health Corporation, J&J, IBM, Symantec, SAP, Alstom/ABB, GE, TransAlta, Cendant, and other clients in the technology, financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, professional services and utility industries.
Margaret has over two decades of sales, marketing, product management experience with IBM and was General Manager of Consulting at Ogilvy, the global advertising agency. Her guest speaking engagements include the Association for National Advertisers, Direct Marketing Association, BAIÁs Marketing Executive Conference, Women in Cable and Telecommunications Association, Harvard Law School and American Management Association. Margaret holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Trinity College in Hartford, CT where she is a former Trustee. She is on the Board of Directors for University of West Indies Consulting Company and a member of the Connecticut Civil Rights Commission Advisory Council.
Margaret likes to play golf knowing that breaking 100 may be an eternal quest and has a passion for restoring really old houses. She splits her time between homes in Stratford, Connecticut and Martha’s Vineyard and loves the Caribbean.
