change initiatives for large companies. He has led change
management projects for IBM, Department of Housing and
Urban Development, Grady Hospital Systems, John Harland
and The Southern Company.
Henry is a certified Baldridge Examiner and a senior member
of Georgia's Quality Award Board of Examiners. He has
developed and published methodologies for implementing
the Balanced Score Card, Six Sigma, ISO, Business Process
Redesign, Business2Business Mentoring, Baldridge for Small
Business, and others.
Mr. Whitlow earned his MBA from Harvard University and
BA from North Carolina Central University in Business
Administration (Finance).
