Rena Marchand, Master Baker of the Right Ingredients, has a unique combination of technical, business, management, and interpersonal skills. During her career she has managed products, programs, profits, people and partners for design, product management, manufacturing, sales, and service organizations in the information technology industry.

Rena is highly sensitized to international challenges and cultural diversity, having worked and lived internationally. She holds engineering degrees from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and the University of California, Berkeley as well as an MBA from the University of Santa Clara. She is the winner of the "2004 Core Value - Creativity" Award from the Auxiliary. Rena is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of California and a senior member of The Society of Women Engineers.
