possesses 35 plus years of line management experience across several disciplines. Her background ranges from her early work as a systems analyst building management information systems to later work dissecting and re-structuring fractured financial business models.
The co-owner of a food distribution company where she was responsible for sales and marketing before becoming CEO, Edie also founded a consulting firm that focused on helping clients develop and implement the tactics to bring to life their strategic plans and objectives. Her clients included USAA as well as the San Antonio Housing Authority. At Citibank she managed groups of retail bank branches in several geographical areas, provided operational support for the New York region, and directed a large call center that supported Citibank’s U.S. retail bank branches.
Edie served eight years on active duty as a naval line officer. In addition to her BA in Mathematics, she also received a MS in Computer Systems Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
